Claudia Carbone is a dispute resolution attorney who focuses on representing domestic and international clients in business litigation proceedings in the New York state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Claudia worked at a civil litigation defense firm in New York City. Prior thereto, she worked for litigation boutique firms in Italy and New York.
Claudia obtained her J.D. from the University of Calabria, Italy where she was awarded a scholarship to conduct research in the United States, and an LL.M in Transnational Legal Practice from St. John’s Law School where she graduated second in her class.
Claudia provides pro bono legal services, including to the Consulate General of Italy in New York. Claudia serves on the Committee of International Law and European Affairs at the NY City Bar Association.
A native of Italy, Claudia is fluent in Italian and English, and has a working proficiency in Spanish. Claudia is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
